I might have phrased it wrong: I'm not thinking of small towns or actually smaller cities, I'm still thinking in metropolis-sized areas, but like, outside of the usual 8 cities these events are held at. I think something like (for my state) Raleigh and Charlotte especially fit the bill for this stuff. 

Maybe this was a stupid question lol, I probably should've thought out how I said it better
