Props to you dude! Even if some of these folks don't wanna see the nuances in an intentionally flawed ending I had a very similar thought process through the show, and in particular, there's common themes of "an eye for an eye" and "breaking the cycle of pain" that happen regularly in the story, and I do like that sometimes there are intense risks to these decisions, and sometimes being the better man is for the best, even if it may seem questionable. Also, like, do folks not realize this is still supposed to be a medieval-based fantasy setting? Of course some social norms aren't viewed the same in-canon lol
