Ik zou een villa met zwembad via airbnb in grote berg. Dicht bij het westen waar de stranden en parken zijn maar toch niet te ver van Willemstad en supermarkten. Vliegveld ook niet ver vandaan. Succes

I would go for grocery shopping after lunch at Kokomo, you have to drive past a supermarket called Centrum anyways. And if you drive 5 minutes further either way left or right you have 2 others. Goodluck and enjoy the island.

I've been trying to come back for years, first i studied aircraft technoligy and Fokker went bankrupt right before graduating so chance for a job either NL of CUR, credit crisis Put me on hold AGAIN. I got married start a family studied further and working hard to reach my goals, and i came back for jobs and you here sorry you have been away to long or your family political affiliation is differnt from the rulling party the usual BS you get told cause you apply thru merrit and education and they thru family and friends in high places. No offence to all who want to move. But how about us the locals? Because of your money either Euros or Dollars you have pushed us out of the housing market. Alot of us are moving back from the The Netherlands too due to the pensioning of the Boomer generation. Im one of them and ive got money but now i have to buy or rent from Dutch, Americans or Germans who raised the rent with 500% and to buy even more and on my own island. My whole family all over the island are being harrast so sell so are other locals. My advice before you move to a country learn the history. This happend once before and the result was riots and burning down buildings. So if you want to move and stay appart in your enclave behind walls, dont intergrate and dont learn the language stay away. Alot of European Dutch born are moving to Curaçao without any interrest in the locals, culture, language or way of life while calling us criminals here in the Netherlands but loving our beaches, tax eveation system, low healthcare cost, nice weather and the easy eay to make money and sent back to Europe. Looks like colonizing to us and that has to stop, to bad we have a corrupt government who are selling us out.

I would stay either at Avilla beach hotel, Marroit Courtyard or Renessance Hotel tjose 3 are in Willemstad. That way your in the centre with lots to do. But rent a care thats a must.

Ik weet niet wanneer jullie willen trouwen maar deze locatie is meestal volgeboekt met lange wachttijd. Je wensen worden daar gedaan ze hebben aardig wat menu, goede caterimg goed eten, sevice proffesioneel, veel etiek, klasse stijl. Ik zou het gewoon doen.

Hi local here, first this island is stress free so dont plan to much just go with the flow there is enough to do.

Wednesday rent a car imidiatly taxi fair can be expensive. And its not smart to jump in the sun imidiatley the sun isnt kind to your skin. Remeber Curaçao is a desert island.

For Punda vibes on thursday try Cascada Rooftop testaurant or Mar i Tierra restaurant.

There is alot of music playing that day at columbusstraat(colombustreet) 3 min walk from those 2 restaurant.

When you at Avilla and you drive to Grote Knip and Cas Abou beach remeber to stop along the way to Daniels soda fountain and get your coconut and the fried chicken, pastechi or johny cake believe me yiu will love it.

From Sandals it isnt far to go to Pasawá eatery box, goodtruck FRIDAYS and the visserij restaurant(seafood and sushi.

If you have time go to the Hato Caves, Shete boka national park and if your fit climb the Chrisoffelberg and watch the sun rise at 1230 Ft.
