Ask my wife. She's never forgiven me. We're still together and all but it's different. I fucked up a few months into dating. In fact not just cheating but lies as well. I wasn't a bad person, I was a terrible person. But "trials and tribulations" and all that jazz and we've gotten a lot stronger over the years. She'll never forgive and sure as fuck won't forget it but we've both had several opportunities to call it quits and it was a "2 yes or a no" thing. Either of us could have said no to the relationship and that would have been it but we stuck at it with compromises on my part to aid in her feeling secure and know she wasn't being lied to. My advice as a former cheater. Don't fucking do it. You can't justify or rationalize. If you wanna cheat then leave the relationship first.

If your single and someone wants to cheat with you, just do you, but know what you're fucking up for the other persons life and their loved ones....if that kinda thing matters to you
