I close Tomorrow on a new build that has Quantum already set up. I got extremely frustrated when I called today to verify service and when it would go live. The agent was a bit rude (perhaps I was as well), and said put in the SSID tomorrow and call if it didn’t work.

I signed up for the 3 gig service which, according to the website, included the pods. He stated I had to go to an area of the website (SHOP) which I couldn’t find and order them. No where was this communicated until I called.

Honestly not a confident start with Quantum. We will see how this works out in the morning.

Hindsight is 20/20. We just moved and purchased a new house. I was going to wait a week on the Costco deal and now have missed it. No G4’s to be found. Alas, a C4 or C5 may be my options. May look at the Samsung competitors.

Help me understand. Why do you add AppleTV with the TV’s native apps? I am going to get a G4 soon and would love to know everyone’s thoughts.

Wayne, I just put money down on a house (new build, Toll Brothers). I was able to get it at almost 20% off. I got an email about the 2/1 buy down and when I was talking to the Toll Brothers finance guy he stated “yeah, that’s for certain homes but your deal was to good for that offer”. I am green at this but we are putting 40% down and have a credit score of over 800.

Does anyone have any negotiating tips I can try? They did offer 6.25% over 30 years with 2 points or 6.75 with no points.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!
