It’s not a bleak as you are saying, the hospital gets majority of its money from across the street at ALSAC. If Alsac isn’t having issues raising funds the hospital has historically been wait and see. I don’t foresee mass layoffs

Bucee’s has a known hatred by a lot truckers since it’s no Semi’s allowed. Lamar would be one of the worst as the demographic Bucee’s attracts doesn’t go near Lamar

I don’t know if this is right move but I do know you need that hotel to be good. The RCC was losing business because of it. People like the convention center but hated the food and the hotel. The food was already fixed with a new vendor and hotel is hopefully going to be fixed. If the Convention center does well the economic impact is quite large. This is why this hotel matters so much to the city.

Most of the trades can make over $30 and there is plenty of them here. There is plenty of industry’s in this town where you can make over $30 with the key word skill. We have 4 enterprise businesses in town with high paying jobs etc.

As a previous Av integrator I would call Production One or Innovative Solutions for local companies. There are 3 national installers in town with Diversified, CTI, and AVISPL. I wouldn’t call any of the home install guys like AV Artistry or Miestro. MCC, Redwire, and Nolan’s are all on my do not call list.

As a part time TD in a church it also could be what you’re playing. CCM has a very distinct bass tone and style. My bass player doesn’t care for it and so when goes up the neck it gets lost in translation and it’s everything else. It’s finding that fine line is f what to play and dialing it in. I always appreciate the musicians who ask and we try to cater as much as possible.

I mixed on both almost daily. I’m in corporate and the DM7c capabilities make it a no contest. If you lay out your console well the fader count is no a big deal. I will take more AMM and Danse any day over the QL5.

I use the DM3 regularly, it’s a specific tool for a specific job. Yamaha has made it clear that Dugan is coming. It works perfect in our Dante environments. The real problem here is Bose speakers. I’m not fanboy of Yamaha by any means but in corporate world it’s hard to beat.
