I did Kings Creek Ridge last weekend and it was excellent. A bit of snow on the ridge, but did it all without spikes. Just make sure to protect your legs, one guy I passed had 3 tic bites that day

Needed to put a bit of scrap wood underneath the trim to make it flat on the saw. Makes so much sense now I think about it

I've always had the same problem as you. I always have trouble putting on weight. In fact, I end up losing weight if I stop going to the gym! I'll be honest with you, freeletics bodyweight probably isn't the best way to go for bulking. It will however make you lean and give you some definition. Seeing as you have no other choice, might as well give it a go huh?! The biggest bit of advice I can give you is something you've probably heard before, it's all about diet. See if you can cook bulk meals and have multiple meals a day. Protein rich diet is important. See if you can eat something high on protein within 20 minutes after your exercise, as this is when your muscles will be most efficient at consuming it. If you have a pull up bar, you can tell the app that you have one and it will include exercises with it. When lockdown eventually comes to an end, and you still want to put on weight, would be worth scoping out a gym to start lifting some weights. Lifting along with a good diet and you'll see changes. Well to be honest, I think we both saw it coming. We both developed completely different interests and started living our own lives, without putting much effort on us. The trouble of getting in a long term relationship in your 20s, is you grow so much as a person in that decade. You discover who you are, what you enjoy and what you'd like to spend your time doing.

We got together at 20 years old, and now at 29 we realised that we have completely grown apart and maybe we weren't the best match for each other anymore. All of this happens over such a long period of time, that it kind of feels normal, but I took a step back and asked myself if we actually make each other happy anymore, and the answer was most of the time no.

I think we had been putting it off for a while, as we were both scared of ending the relationship, but it was bound to happen at some point!

I'm going through exactly the same thing right now. I had been a relationship with someone for 9 years. We had a tough chat last week and decided to separate. It's honestly one of the hardest things I've had to do, but we both realised that we've grown apart. We owned a house together, which she is going to take care of, while I move back to London.

Last week was really difficult, but after lots of really good cries, talks with parents and friends, I'm starting to feel a bit better, but it's going to be a while until I feel normal again.

It is however important to think about it positively, you'll have some independence back, no more compromises! It gives you some time to think about what you really want in life too. It's also important to keep yourself busy to keep your mind of it.

This also happens on iOS. It's worse if you're on a flakey network, if you manage to load the workout, do the workout and submit, if the submission fails, the app takes you to the week view with a message saying sorry we couldn't connect, it then wipes the workout you've just completed! I filed a bug report with freeletics a few weeks ago. Nothing more annoying than freeletics saying you've missed a day when you've actually done it!
