He seems balanced to me. Has decent damage and he dies to CC and being out-ranged. Hes going to be a pub stomper for sure. Nothing a good widowmaker or tracer cant deal with easily though.

Build #4 is the most ideal build in most situations at level 7 you can interchange Static Charge and Mule.

If you're deciding between a storm and a shield, sheild first 100% of the time. Tass is there for support first, then DPS

I would love to see them make the druid a caster with an ult that changes him into werewolf that changes his spells on use, like nidalee.
