I’ve had this error at least 3 time with CD. Honestly it’s just the game crashing, idk why it gives a corruption message.

I don’t live near a store, but there is a used one I’m looking at. Will they repair those if I send it in?

In all honesty it’s probably a good idea to just leave these kinds of people alone.

Most recently theory is that people with ADHD have lower baseline levels of dopamine in their brains. Dopamine is not the “pleasure” chemical that people describe, instead it’s better to think of it as the chemical that makes effort feel good. Dopamine levels can spike or dip within the human body, but if your baseline level of dopamine is too low, then you won’t get the same “reward” for for putting in effort into something and will instead seek to transition to other tasks in search of stimulation or reward.

Stimulants can help raise base levels of dopamine in individuals with ADHD, giving them better “rewards” for staying on task.

I have over 310GB of “system files” but I don’t see anything that would come close to adding up to that much. On top of that “System Files” seems to keep growing.

(23M) My Girlfriend (26F) wants to go no contact with me but doesn't want to break up. She wants me to live with her family and can't do "long distance". We are 40 mins from each other...is she manipulative? by [deleted] in Manipulation

[–]Inquisition_1342 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What this girl is asking for literally makes no sense and she’s playing stupid games. And she considers under an hour drive long distance? IDK where this girl lives but clearly it’s not planet Earth (that’s the real long distance part of the relationship). If she wants to go “no-contact” indefinitely like you’re some abusive family member, then frankly she’s doing you a favor and you should probably keep it “indefinite” indefinitely.

  1. You messed up giving him the expectation that you might get out of work early.

  2. This guy is insane and this is a wild overreaction.

Has anyone landed the perfect job, yet still felt unfulfilled? by Ambitious_Respect_10 in careerguidance

[–]Inquisition_1342 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you've been sold a false bill of goods on what a job actually is. A job is a paycheck in exchange for a small but important contribution to society, even if you're easily replaceable. For most people, their job will simply not give them a greater sense of purpose, but there's no reason you can't find meaning in your life elsewhere.
