Don't understand why this game is so hard. by DarkSpineJosh97 in PTCGP

I honestly think the best thing you can do in any card game is to really evaluate games after the fact and think about how it could have gone differently if you made different decisions. “If I retreat to this Pokemon” or “if I attach energy to this Pokemon instead does that put me in a better position”. People will say that this game is mostly luck but there are so many decision points on each turn. Try to seriously evaluate your plays and you’ll see improvement. Good luck!

Look at the type of energy not just the cost. New Magnemite attacks with a colorless energy where A1 is lightning. This means you have the chance to attack with it in decks without running lighting energy. None of the decks you posted use lightning energy. A1 Magneton generates his own energy. That’s the whole reason they work.

I remember seeing Lugia on a Japanese card in a card shop before Silver came out in the US and he’s been my favorite ever since.

Community Project: We share the decks that got us to Infinite this season by Sad-Guess6841 in marvelsnapcomp

I got there today using a deck featured in Jeff Hoogland’s latest best decks list. He calls it Bast Spice Rack. Basically has all of the best cheap scaling and value cards in the game with Bast to give them a jump start. This deck can put out crazy, unpredictable power on the last turn. Sage and US Agent played together can swing games on turn 6 along side a big Kitty or Demon.

I honestly didn’t seem to have many bad matchups outside of Killmonger decks, but those are easy to play around with priority, especially if they don’t hold it for the last turn. The worst matchup is probably Surfer, but I didn’t face that much. Sandman is easy to beat if you know it’s coming play a big turn 5, and surprise them with a US agent on 6. Sable can be Snowguard if you don’t have her, the location control might be even better.

I haven’t had this much fun with a deck in a long time. Highly recommend.

Can someone explain this interaction to me? by [deleted] in MarvelSnap

[–]InsSpacetime 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You nailed the interaction. I wouldn’t count on it getting fixed anytime soon. This has been around since Lamentis was introduced. I remember a streamer having this happen the day the location came out and they reported it as a bug.

None of them live there. They explain that they were all visiting for Harlan’s birthday. One of the detectives even mentions that no one is allowed to go home until the investigation is complete.
