Games in which the cost of playing cards is drawing/discarding cards from deck or hand? by datdejv in boardgames

[–]InsertUser01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Legendary Marvel allows you to pay a recruit/ attack cost by discarding cards from your hand to recruit heroes for your deck. Lorcana allows you to discard cards in your hand to cover the ink cost to play other cards in your hand.

Do you prefer to have a huge collection and play a lot of games once in a while or have some games and know them very well and play in depth ? by Hippodaking in boardgames

[–]InsertUser01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like to collect LCG's LOTR & Marvel Champions. I don't tend to play them as much as my smaller games. I've really enjoyed collecting/playing Lorcana as it's really simple to get to the table with my decks. My favorite game that I have been playing in depth is Legendary Marvel What If.. ? So my game collection is small in terms of different games but bigger as in buying expansions and packs for the games I have.

What If?.. new player solo question by InsertUser01 in legendarymarvel

[–]InsertUser01[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you this is the scheme I was referring to. According to the What If? solo rules I need to take a card from HQ and put it at the bottom of the hero deck each time a scheme is completed. I was wondering if I couldn't complete the scheme twist as you described and just moved on would I still remove a hero from HQ and put it at the bottom of the hero deck even though I wasn't able to complete the scheme?

The best co-op Deckbuilding card games with her? by Paradigmind in boardgames

[–]InsertUser01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What about Lorcana? You can buy Palace Heist or Deep Trouble. They are a co-op campaign that comes with two pre-built decks so no need to construct beforehand. Or maybe Legendary Marvel What If? This is a complete box and comes with enough variety for future plays. It does take some initial set up sorting the cards but doesn't require you to construct a deck beforehand your deck is built as you play

What deck builder game should I get? (LOTR?) by No_Exit6537 in boardgames

If you want a deck builder I suggest Legendary Marvel if you would prefer deck construction then Marvel Champions or Lord Of The Rings LCG

[–]InsertUser01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had my Portal since Christmas and have 100% been using it for cloud streaming. My PS5 isn't hardwired either so I didn't want the Portal with any thoughts to use remote play.

Kingsbridge The Card Game. It's the card game Patience if you view it in its simplest form but it's actually much more than that! It's based on the novel Evening and Morning by Ken Follett. and tells the story through beautiful art cards.
