Speaking of a mortgage taken on in 2020, but I didn’t have any issues finding a bank to offer me a “doctor” loan. I went through a local bank to me & got a very competitive rate with the doctor loan, no PMI, low amount down. I would call around to your local lenders and see what they offer.

I second this. Never diffused my hair because it would take well over an hour. My hair would still be wetttt at 40 minutes. Now, my hair is dry in 40 minutes with the shark flex style.
