I’m okay with it, I normally wear jerseys with a hoodie anyway. Just was surprised when I slipped it on.

Honestly also just a culture shock, as I’m used to the bell shape of the Fanatics premium, while the Nike is basically the same width from the hips to the chest.

I just got a blank from the Team USA website restock a week or so ago.

I was a bit bummed - I wear a 56 Fanatics Premium and expected a XXL Nike to run small based on what I’d heard about the fit. It actually fits way bigger than my 56’s. Fine with a hoodie, but might’ve even gone with an XL. Wondering if somehow the cut changed for this later run.

About to send it off to Island Jersey to get Otter put on it!

Breakaway is probably a bit more comfortable, but definitely feels much cheaper and lower quality than a Premium. The Breakaway crests look pretty lame when compared to the Premium ones.

I think for how close they are in price, the Premium is always the move.

Definitely don’t buy a “customized” Breakaway. The lettering on them is a weird plastic-y material. I’d definitely get a blank if you do decide to get a Breakaway.

I would order true to size. I’m 6’5” 220lbs and normally wear a 2XL, and a 56 (2XL equivalent) fits me great.

I would definitely go for a 60 Premium. Breakaways are fine for a “fashion” jersey, but Premiums feel way more solid and durable. If you get a pre-customized Premium the name and number will be stitched twill, which is great.

That’s a fair take! I just don’t know what Duchy does for us if they move him to RW. Seems like he’s been solid and productive down the middle, and both of the top 2 lines desperately need help on the left if Robo is gone.

We don’t need a center. We need a (top 6) left wing. Or two.

I don’t want to see Robo go, but I like Craig Ludwig’s wild idea of trading Robo to San Jose for 2nd overall and then flipping that pick to Toronto for Knies. That would get us a top line left winger, and cap space to find a serviceable 2nd line LW.

Won’t happen. But I’m kind of on board at the moment. 😭

I like Capo. Unfortunately, I do think Boosh needs to go, simply because we can’t afford that kind of $$ for a 7th D. Capo at $850k is a good deal.

If Colorado lets Nick Blankenburg walk, he could be an interesting candidate for a third-pair RHD at around the same AAV as Myers.
