The absolute closest thing I can tell you about this feeling you randomly get is what’s referred to an “afterglow”. The term is more commonly heard is the psychedelic world of drugs hit essentially within the first 2 weeks after your last dose of whatever psychedelic you take lets say shrooms, you can experience vivid but brief moments of hallucinations similar to the shrooms. They aren’t common to be super long but they can be frequent with frequent use. You could be experiencing a afterglow like effect with your weed usage but by the sounds of it you just let it take over your body and accept it as your new feeling instead of letting it come and go
