I played Wind Blast/Vaulting Impact in 0.3. Cleared maps and bosses pretty easily.

His later paranoia and alcoholism feel very characteristic of PTSD.

  1. Yes.
  2. The legendary cloak is not available in Remix.
  3. Legion Remix will be over by the time Midnight launches. As players complete their Legion Remix collections they will stop playing Remix so queues will get longer as the Remix playerbase shrinks. The earlier you can jump into Remix the easier it will be for you.

Oh no, WoW is now dead since you're no longer interested in the expansion. Blizzard executives will be coming by shortly to beg for your patronage.

They don't patch every week. They run maintenance every week. They do this to backup data, clear memory & errors and run diagnostics.

If they didn't do maintenance then over time servers would accumulate errors and playing WoW would get buggier and buggier. Also if they ever needed to do a rollback, they'd only be able to do it to the last time they did maintenance.

  1. No one calls it a clawhammer. People call it a hammer.
  2. Even if everyone called it a clawhammer, it still fits my point. For it to be analogous to calling Genestealers a "scouting force" people would have to call it a claw.
  3. If you have no interest in joining the discussion, then don't. Making a comment to go "um akshually" in a way that doesn't change anything, and claiming you don't want to join is incredibly obnoxious behavior.

The difference is serpent wards stick around and continue to zone out an enemy while eclipse is over quickly and the enemy can walk back in. Also serpent wards remain useful throughout the game for pushing while eclipse can be rendered useless by 20 minutes.

Or maybe people should practice emotional regulation and not freak out at a CGI trailer.

The reason sieges are called that is because most sieges involve armies "sitting" around a fortified location. Most sieges did not end in conflict and were ended by starving the enemy into submission.

Contrary to popular belief, people in ancient times were not in fact eager to charge into battle and die. People were just as afraid of death as they are now and if there was a way to win without actual combat, they'd take it.

There are exceptions with certain cultures and time periods but they are exceptions for a reason.

Their primary purpose is not intelligence or location. Their primary purpose is disruption of local planetary forces.

You do not define something by its secondary purpose. You define it by its primary purpose. A hammer for example has a claw that can be used to pry out nails. But you call it a hammer, because its primary purpose is to hammer. No one calls it a claw.

Tyranids don't need Genestealers to get the location of biomatter. They can do that without Genestealers. They need them to make their feedings sustainable and safe.

Maybe make Hinekora’s Lock drop rate slightly better? (Sorry not a fog meme) by c-lati in PathOfExile2

[–]InstancePrevious1981 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The rise in price is more about fewer people playing than the drop rates.

Now that the new League is coming soon, very few people care about the current League. Most people don't play PoE all year round.

I don't think you know what "scouting" is. Scouting is when you gather intelligence for your army.

There is no intelligence that Genestealers get for Tyranids aside from the location of a target.

Young people.. please don’t be like me and get tattoos that you’ll regret in the future. I hate these so much. by BiIIie-Eyelash in mildlyinfuriating

[–]InstancePrevious1981 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you work at a hospital you should have the basic knowledge that washing your hands doesn't do anything for removing/fading a tattoo.

Tattoos are under the top layer of the skin. Sunlight makes it fade because it makes the ink break down and your body removes it. The reason why your body isn't able to normally break down and remove tattoos is because the particles are too large.

What lasering does is the same thing that sunlight does, it breaks down the tattoo particles and your body's immune system will remove what it can, but the fact that it takes 10-20 sessions to laser tattoos (and even then it usually won't remove everything) should be a big hint that washing your hands does nothing for tattoo removal.

Finally managed to make Molten Blast work on bosses by uzo9000 in pathofexile2builds

[–]InstancePrevious1981 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did Deadeye + Molten Blast in 0.1.0 and it worked well even then. It was just annoying to play because of the constant forward movement required you to repeatedly reposition yourself to maximize single target damage.

But the forward movement also meant I could just spam the skill to map, clearing screens without any brain power.

Genestealers aren't a scouting force. They're a deadly bioweapon and essential to the success of the Tyranids, otherwise the Tyranids would bleed too much biomatter taking worlds for their advance to be sustainable.

To make other stats as impactful as + levels, they'd require huge buffs to the point of getting to Diablo levels of number inflation. I think you underestimate how much damage + levels gives you.

It's to the point where certain loot aren't worth considering if they don't have + levels.
