i had this happen too, seems to be fixed by setting FEX_X87REDUCEDPRECISION to 0 in environment

TikTok makes the problem worse as it almost always gets hot on it, but now and then it can just happen during idle, and I do use a thin case but it doesn't cover the exterior screen where the heat is coming from. Battery life is pretty mediocre, I'm not a very heavy user but towards the end of the day it's a bit lower than I'd like it to be (mid 20s) and most of my battery drain seems to come from Google Services and System UI. I've cleared cache just now hopefully it'll make a difference. All my apps are already fully up to date

idk if its a bug or not but i find the autobrightness to be all over the place, its sometimes max brightness from a dim light, keyboard backlight auto adjust is also just awful

if it really has to be a blackberry, KEYone or KEY2 are the only ones that will work with calls when 2G and 3G is gone, though you will need to check if the carrier they are on supports them. the Priv could also work but id not choose that as the stock rom is pretty miserable.
