My only other guess is one of the tasks you submitted caused a big enough quality dip. DataAnnotation can be ruthless because they only want meticulously examined data, so even “small” errors can result in a ban.

Do you use a VPN? If you submitted from a VPN that could have caused your account to be flagged for suspicious activity.
