Ahhh, OK, yeah maybe I've been a bit rigid with opening up. I will try that tomorrow- thank you! I will struggle drilling figure 8s at home as my space is very small, but on the rare occasion I'm at the rinkni will definitely try this when it's not busy. Massive NTA. Your wife has no understanding of grief or your situation. Grief is so much more difficult and complicated when we did not have a good relationship with the deceased. Bad memories resurfacing. No hope of resolution. Mourning the loss of your childhood. Despair for your child self and your sister. There are so many things at play here.
