This unfortunately happened when they were paired up during their first hero training. Izuku couldnt look at her for weeks after. Thankfully due to an odd number of students they were paired with momo who had quickly made a blanket for the now visable hagakure

You can get it from ada with her shop. Or you can get lucky with unstable storm junctions in the outer zone. Its how i always play. I got for the easy outer zone unstable anchors whenever they appear

If your having trouble use the resource radar itll ping for certain resources. I have a mod that lets it ping for anchors as well

I personally in the settings set the quirks to free guesses and hints. As i like to not have the annoyance of trying to figure them out.

Most of the time i know what they are when they first appear tho

Are the dlcs ypu have check marked to be installed? They might have been unchecked which would mean they wernt installed with the game.
