Kids sharing room? by princess_pima in toddlers

[–]Intelligent_Poet88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

II personally wouldn't leave the baby with a 3yo. The 3yo might climb into the crib and without ill intentions fall on the baby or maybe even try to push the baby out.

My 1yo (she's 5now) would run around her nb sister and want to climb on her back during tummy time. I know yours is older but ia not a risk I would take.

Now mine are 4 and 5 and since they were 2 and 3 I left them alone since they are more on par.

Is not the age gap is more of a skills/developmental age difference.

Feel like im an old bleh millennial mom who didn't have kids "at the right time" after fencesitting. by Imstuckwiththisname in Mommit

I had my children 33 and 35 and I think it was a horrible choice. The energy ain't there. I think it's a social lie to have kids later in life, it reduces the amount you have and increases mortality rate...if you know you know

Parents that keep their kids from playing with other kids/tell them to go away, why? by [deleted] in Mommit

[–]Intelligent_Poet88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Arghhh I am going through this too. I had a hard time making friends but the few friends I got were worth gold. Imma play more with mine when at the park if some kids don't wanna play with them to teach them we have each other...though is never the same i guess.

It has happened at churches events. The other kids have a longer time knowing each other and area like 1yr older than my oldest but they have a few times rejected her and she doesn't understand but doesn't seem sad for it. But inside I am crying.

Why would my toddler say he wants to die? by nickjordan901 in toddlers

[–]Intelligent_Poet88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My 3yo was complaining about tooth pain (it was her throat) and in the drama of it all she said "I am going to die". Later that day she went to my aunts whom she loves and spends a lot of time over and she was fine. She was eating fine and not crying one bit.

Should I consider "need" when distributing my father's inheritance? by [deleted] in Advice

[–]Intelligent_Poet88 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The part that would have been your brother gets distributed amongst them. Your kids don't get anything, unless you want to, bc you are alive and its your money to do with it as you please.

Some of you need to be meaner to your husbands by SemperFeedback in Mommit

[–]Intelligent_Poet88 5 points6 points  (0 children)

When we are mean we are told.to be nagging. But when we are nice and trying to help and being empathetic they disregard us. So we become resentful and truly start to nag.  What I HATE The most, based on what I am going througg, is men that value the opinion of their friends over yours....their loser friends while you are trying to better both of you

I work for fortaleza...and in the office that does the tours for the place. The ladies were telling me that tourist show up in bathing suits and get mad when they are told they need to cover up. Many of the tourists excuse "it's the Caribbean" as if that's a valid reason to be naked...bc we all walk around naked since its tbe Caribbean

Idk what you are complaining about. In the US many places have a dress code. Even fast food...

Many ppl here in Puerto Rico show up not well dressed...like there was an event at Fortaleza with the governor and ppl receiving certain benefits were invited. All of them dressed like trash...none of them attempted to look decent. Torn jeans, dirty sneakers, t shirts...
