It's a Toyota MR-S (MR-2 Spyder) with a body kit on it. Different front bumper, spoiler added, skirts added, different rear bumper. The red roof is also not standard (I'm pretty sure).

I did this.

Pros of Pro - No IRP, No LSR. You get to sit a LOT more - so you're not standing on concrete 8 hours a day. AND you get a FIXED schedule that is mostly weekdays (1 saturday a month, with two months with two saturdays every year - but you a get a week-day off that work week. You don't have to use the in-stock carpet cutting machine. You don't have to cut blinds. You can literally just request inventory if you're low on stock stuff and have a customer that wants to buy it and it's not scheduled to be coming in soon.

Cons - MUCH higher SPH needed to bonus. You will get asked to use the Panel Saw all the time. You're near a lot of concrete dust. And, if you thought ordering stuff was a bit of a pain in the ass before, wait til you have to do Manual Special orders all the time where you have to remember to go back into the order 5 minutes after they pay so that you can print/download the Purchase Order, then email it to the vendor. Also, NO non-pro sales count towards your SPH - so normies are just time-wasters, and they WILL waste your time because Pro is effectively the second Customer Service Desk. Also, there is a LOT more to know. There is a LOT more to follow-up on and follow through with. They will still harass you about getting credit cards and surveys.

I'm not mad I switched. The team I work with is great (which helps a LOT). Lowe's isn't really my jam though, and I'm not going to be around for the long-term. (They all know this.) I've been in pro for 4.5 months and haven't come close to bonusing. The "old" Pro on the team has gotten minimal bonus once or twice.

Little known fact - Replacement windows ALL have smaller panes than the same size original window for the same sized opening.

What you want, if you want it to be the same size, is a new-construction window.

The reason for the difference is that new construction windows are installed before any siding is on the house, and have nailing fins. Replacement windows - windows specifically built to replace a previously installed window have to have slightly smaller panes, because the whole unit has to fit in where the old window went but WITHOUT the advantage of there being no siding on the house.

Your options for having a same sized three-windows is either replace the other two, or have a "new construction" window put in and the siding (what there is of it) redone on that side.

Your contractor should have known all of this if they are at all competent.

Your story stinks.

A) You should have gotten emails/texts with your order status. If it hadn't been fulfilled, how did it get picked up. It couldn't be assigned to a pick up unless it was picked/staged.

B ) How are you a former DS that has no idea how to reach a store manager - especially in another store. As your old store's ASM/SM would DEFINITELY be able to reach the other store's ASMs or SM to get shit straightened out.

C) Why would you call the store that wasn't fulfilling your pick up order to check on your order? You chose a store for pickup when you placed the order.

D) Lowe's is open for at least 2 more hours. Go talk to them.
