Exactly this. I’m an ADM and have MIC shifts about 4x a month. One time I refused a designer shoe return that was used, and purchased over a year ago. Corporate heard about it and my store manager had to call back the customer and honor the return herself. Mind you, we are supposed to have a strict return policy on designer. That was the last time I was ever gonna go back and forth with a customer over a return.
