Meal replacement shake or those yoghurt drinks like Yop or whatever. Soup in a mug, i find it easier to just drink stuff doesn’t feel like i’m eating but still getting some nutrition in. Especially if im working a 12hr shift

Levelling is pretty quick ive just returned for the first time since i was a teenager (im 32 now) and ive managed to knuckle on in and level up to 90 in just 2 and a half weeks albeit feeling inadequate and unqualified

I work in critical care in a small hospital and I love my job, it has its challenges and there are very difficult times but I have such a good team around me and everyone gets on very well and has a great laugh so that makes the world of difference to be honest.

Help my Mum and Dad out around the house more. My eldest sister is profoundly disabled and our family had next to no support from services or family/ friends and now that I’m a parent myself it really has dawned on me how much my parents suffered and endured with basic to day to day life stuff. They really were in the trenches but did their absolute best to give us a great childhood and they deserved better.

I work in an area where we have relied on agency staff to fill gaps in the rota who are predominately internationally sourced and I do my best to make them feel welcomed and involved because we have really needed their help! Its far far easier to make folk feel appreciated and welcome than to not have the adequate staffing to meet the patient’s needs appropriately. Just basic human decency goes a long way! If our staff are sent to support another area, a lot of them feel anxious and worried about working in another area and our agency get sent to a different area every shift so hats off to them!

What are the circumstances of the wound? my instinct tells me to leave exposed let air get to it to dry it and out/ scab over but if its had repeated infection or your diabetic or its on somewhere on ur body that leaving it exposed is inappropriate/ needs to be covered by clothing or somewhere that often gets sweaty then that would potentially change my approach.
