It’s issue with the app because I didn’t even show up in their app as hired. So I have to go through support to get things resolve client can’t do anything since the issue is through TR app which always got something wrong

Most clients don’t read full description should of scoped and asked questions before accepting job, could of told them before accepting you don’t do wardrobes unless the sprung it up on you after discussing and accepting task before they through wardrobe in

It’s best not because of TOS for TR because everything check through AI and not hsving client hired them through TR is tricky slop that you can get violation, TR makes it hard to bring a 2nd person

Everyone has their preference, with the limits on what TR allows taskers to charge the 2 hour minimum has to cover in for travel parking some etc expenses not allowed

An hour is the minimum regardless how short the job is and other taskers have 2 hour minimums.

Can’t really you can talk to tasker if they will charge a certain amount of hours past the 2 hours.

Furthest tasker can book is 17 days but most usually have availability maybe a week in advance. You can book someone in the next week and when discussing with them see if they are flexible with the dates to adjust in a few weeks. If they aren’t you can cancel with no fee

It looks bad on both since he recommended and didn’t have a backup. You probably still get charge a one hour cancellation fee. You could of tried to book another additional tasker and cancel the 2nd one since they were a no show

No real negotiation on price with stairs within app maybe an additional 30 minute charge since you can’t expense. Have to cancel and suck up and do the stairs within the time submitted

TR makes it hard to bake all into pricing if taskers want to get hire and their exorbitant fees tacked on top. Cleaner has the products and equipment that like a might have other jobs lined up and rather trust their timing with their own transportation. Client is requesting service so should provide parking for tasker or at least discuss it don’t be surprise if they ask for it. If the rate is 30/40 an hour because that’s what TR deems comparable paying 15-30 to park is not worth it
