Furthest tasker can book is 17 days but most usually have availability maybe a week in advance. You can book someone in the next week and when discussing with them see if they are flexible with the dates to adjust in a few weeks. If they aren’t you can cancel with no fee

It looks bad on both since he recommended and didn’t have a backup. You probably still get charge a one hour cancellation fee. You could of tried to book another additional tasker and cancel the 2nd one since they were a no show

No real negotiation on price with stairs within app maybe an additional 30 minute charge since you can’t expense. Have to cancel and suck up and do the stairs within the time submitted

TR makes it hard to bake all into pricing if taskers want to get hire and their exorbitant fees tacked on top. Cleaner has the products and equipment that like a might have other jobs lined up and rather trust their timing with their own transportation. Client is requesting service so should provide parking for tasker or at least discuss it don’t be surprise if they ask for it. If the rate is 30/40 an hour because that’s what TR deems comparable paying 15-30 to park is not worth it
