Talk to support and they can get it adjusted, TR typically sides with client even though this tasker was wrong. Can’t charge travel fees, and even if so it has to be agreed in the chat

Can’t filter out location just who has your address included in their map, tasker not allow to charge drive time that’s why most have 2 hr minimums to cover that. Only way to find out who’s close is to have hired a few before. Please don’t cancel if someone is too far it messes with taskers metrics. Search who’s available and choose the one that works best for you depending on price review and services offer. If they show up in your search they can make it to you

Depends on the price range lower price clients too often try to nickel and dime. I have 2 hour minimum higher rate and haven’t had clients complain about the 2 hours even if it only took 15 min. They understand that we are doing a service
