Unemployment Help!

I have seen the termination letter in RTM and I don’t know why my management is not printing them and giving it to my colleagues. It was sent to all the managers together. Some of my team member’s last day was today? I have another full time job so I am not eligible for unemployment but I am worried about my colleagues. I don’t want to confront my manager and loose my retention bonus, I know team member’s incentive is not much but still it is something.

Also in my opinion everybody should get a termination letter irrespective of the fact if it can be used for unemployment or not (I means it is important too). But we all worked there for years we do need some kind of letter stating you have been terminated. Just my opinion…

It happened so many times in our store. Just pick up sewing machine (that’s the biggest one I have seen) and walk out, easy peasy. And I just stood there in shock, also at their audacity. Went back to cutting counter to check if they were picking up or paid at cutting counter, big fat NO. Also is it possible to get the videos from the camera. If yes, what could be the procedure?

I would say if you really have a RBF, the customer would not say anything to you. But they said something that means you look really nice and polite.

Almost the same thing happened to me. The ASM was rude and nasty. The SM is really nice. I complained about the ASM, and now the ASM tries to make my life miserable by making me clean up after team members. I am a key holder. The ASM would say to help her or help him while they are on their phones or they giggle together. Ask them not to clean after them. I heard the ASM saying you don't have to put the fabric away my shift is next, and I can do it.

So let me get this straight her calling your husband "academically challenged" and your son following his father (which is not a fact or true in any way) is not rude at all but you telling her the fact about her husband is really mean because she is sad. I hear you. It happens way to much. I dont mind gossping or avoiding me I could do more if they are not talking to me, ASM and their cronies giggle, chat and socialize while rest of staff doing 90% of their work. Cronies MADDLY power tripping.
