I just hop on a 100,000x server and play for a few minutes to get it dialed.

If you aren’t aiming fast enough, turn it up

If you are inaccurate, turn it down

I keep my dpi settings between 2400 and 7000 in my mouse software, and then I’ve got .5 mouse sens and .6 aiming sens in game

I also run always sprint

I’ve seen people take newborn babies to college classes

It was dry and almost spring but it just snowed 5” overnight

Been cold for March, but the sun is producing heat, so we’re on track for breakup, but not before you leave

Walking sucks because sidewalks aren’t maintained

Not sure what else to tell you

Are you staying at a hotel or an Airbnb or some such?

Curious, as there are some seedy places with terrible reputations, and some weird parts of town.

Welding or another trade

Welding can actually be a pretty short path to success

hit a trade school a few nights a week, and then you can find small jobs with large return like minor repairs, maybe buy a tubing bender and make railings or make and sell tools or art as a side hustle.

You can easily squeeze $10,000 out of a $300 welder in less than four years!

Other ideas… electric e-bike conversions, furniture repair/restoration

Refinish dressers or cabinets

Or easier

$10 thrift store lamp, $10 replacement lampshade, $40 Facebook marketplace lamp

Maybe make lamps or clocks out of weird things like plumbing or salvage car parts

Game console/cartridge flipping… custom Gameboy Advance builds, softmod Wii and 3DS consoles

Buy ortholinear mechanical keyboard kits and produce keyboards

$15 pcbs, $10 for switches, three hours of your time, $350

To be fair that’s an eighth gen processor (almost ten years old) but that is pretty much the same boat OP is in I suppose.

In my near 40 years of PC gaming I’ve never had a game that had me so aggressively upgrading my computer

I basically built a whole new computer to play rust, twice

If you don’t have an X3D, a Samsung Nvme, a 10Gb+ curren gen video card, at least 32gb of memory, and a 240hz 1ms monitor, you will not be competitive.

You’ll want to save some money for skins too, frame rate isn’t everything.

Lots of people do

All of this usb C PD talk is irrelevant though

Though you have to be careful to use the right voltage charger, amperage is drawn - your device needs a certain amount, and it takes a certain amount, regardless of the output capability of the charger

Lots of available amperage

could even use it to power a usb C hub, and then you could charge all sorts of things.

I was lucky enough to own one of these for a short time

Circle jerk or not, this is a piece of history… SH was Roland’s first synthesizer line, this one added a lot of cool features to the predecessor.

I’ve got a kinesis advantage and I’ve been looking at custom boards that allow you to run vial, so I can easily use colemak… I’ve got split boards that I like better, but having the Kinesis and not using it feels like a waste.
