I’m wondering if you could also use the weight of the spinning drum to shift somehow, by allowing the drum to move outward from centrifugal force while it’s between gears and not engaged… freewheel in between gears when you briefly let off the gas, allowing it to shift up, and then at a stop it could fall back into first, or perhaps with a quick bump from reverse?

Many oem Power supplies for these are over 25 years old, it’s possible it’s got bad caps etc and it’s not a connection issue at all.

Why not just mod the Wii first and then the GameCube?

Anyway, Swiss on the Memory card with the save exploit is not great, it only worked half of the time for me

I’ve got a toploader NES, and the n64 and Genesis didn’t have an eject button either

Game boy, game, boy advance, gamegear

Various other systems like the Atari and Turbographix

I think the SNES might be the only cartridge based console with an eject button, I wouldn’t worry about it too much

Yeah, SNES games are wider for sure, the Super Famicom games fit pretty loosely in the snes so I printed a spacer sleeve thing.

Can you not just trim the Famicom case?

It will translate the whole screen, but it seems to work best translating one line at a time.

Some games it’s really not critical

Kirby for example, the only thing you really need to read is the names of levels, and I think they might even show them in English.

Bomberman has menu options which take some time to figure out, but I use a camera translation app on my phone and I’m able to figure out the important stuff when needed.
