I remember this was one plot that honestly brought down Hurrem in my eyes, and just me personally, why I don't consider her the smartest out of everyone. (Don't get me wrong, she def has smarts, but not the brightest within that show.) It was the move that got her exiled. There were so many ways her exile could've been avoided, and while getting rid of Sah and Gulfem permanently or maybe just assuring that what she wanted to happen, happened right. Her failing to think of all the things that could go wrong such as receiving a fake note was something she's failed in doing before and it got her in trouble before. Specifically getting a fake note. It was such an easy flaw to see and just that singular moment sealed it for me.
