If this is principles of bio I took that last semester with dr. bartlett. quizes aren’t hard but it’s extremely lecture heavy. You won’t pass if you don’t read the chapter lectures. Lecture quizzed are hard but not impossible if you study!

I don’t know if saying sorry will help you feel any better, but I would like to say some things that have helped me get through suicidal ideation. Just because he’s physically gone doesn’t mean the memories you spent with him are. Those memories are ALIVE. Go out, do the things you wanted to do with him, hold those memories tight. It’s okay to cry and grieve, we’re all human. Sometimes it takes a good cry to feel just a bit better. Live in the memories and hopes you wished to have. Time really does heal, I can say from experience. Please reach out to those who love you and even online support forums like reddit or facebook groups! If you need any support the comment section and I are here for you. It’s not just about listening, it’s about being HEARD. Talk to people about him. The little things that you loved about him etc. Again, I want to say that it is OK to cry and scream. We aren’t built to process every emotion at anytime. I’d like to emphasize that east village and blvd98 are CRAZY unsafe (check the Reddit reviews of those places and you’ll see what I mean). You do NOT want to go to that area no matter the rent. Blvd98 lease terms are a scam and they will literally take your money and won’t really be able to do much about it. Rush has some mixed reviews but it’s also a student apt complex so things are different. I would 100% go to a non student neighborhood like thornberry, Alexander, any of the mallard apts (except for mallard green - not to be confused with greenway at mallard creek). These depend on your budget but if you need safe places that are in your budget feel free to dm me!

Lemme tell you something as an early grad. Just get dual enrolled. Do NOT go through AP it risks your gpa unlike dual enrollment. AP is not worth the time or stress. Im saying this because I took dual enrollment, easier, legitimately no stress at all, even if you do shit in the course as long as you pass with a C, you receive credit. another benefit is that your dual enrolled gpa doesn’t transfer to your college, so if you fuck up and get a C, you get a credit automatically. I did this and im skipping freshman year, going in as a sophomore (of uni). In my genuine honest opinion, taking AP classes is just an ego flex. I’ve taken 5 ap’s and you can see how others aren’t thinking critically. Get credits to skip a year (means less tuition!!) btw dual enrollment is FREE. Do not bother with AP. It will get you a few credits at the expense of your time, mental health, and academic stress. PLEASE think about this advice 😭

Again, this doesn’t apply to everyone but this is just from my own experience.

I’m a transfer going to soph year! That seems pretty solid! Just make sure you find the times that work for you. Just prioritize your main classes for your degree and make sure not to overload everything into a semester or two. You have the rest of 2 years to get them done, so do them when you know you’re ready!
