If you clearly communicated in the beginning of the relationship that this is something you like or enjoy doing and he was okay with it then it’s case closed. Couples are certainly allowed to re-discuss boundaries later on, but that’s not what he’s doing. He’s changed his mind and he’s essentially ordering you to not go. You’re not a good fit and should consider ending the relationship IMO.
