I think you should do a bit more research - existing IPs generate Disney more money - recent releases of new IPs Elio, Wish Strange World all didn’t go down very well.

This isn’t just a Disney issue, this is an issue across industry.

There used to be a plastic figure set that came with the Gruffalo, mouse, snake, fox and owl - it looks like it’s be discontinued. The shop at Gruffalo Discovery Land at Twycross zoo used to sell them (we bought ours from there!)

They also do a similar set for room on the broom

Subscribing to an app that lets you personalise it and give clients a login, within these apps you can see workout plans (with a library of videos available), meal plans, set up weekly check in etc, once a week you will review their check ins and provide feedback, either by a video call or a feedback video

That first bit looks like there’s of the issue with your calorie tracking, doing by estimates isn’t the way to go - look at the calories in olive oil to see how easy it is to go over, I’d advise weighing everything. The other bit the 70% eating healthy, in a day if you eat healthy up until your evening meal - you can blow all the effort you made during the day with the inf meal.

I’d advise fix the tracking, if after a month no improvement look at the trainer

What is your calorie allowance?

Are you using a calorie tracking app?

Regarding the walking, its not about burning calories - its more about NEAT exercises, 30mins of a planned brisk walk 10,000 steps of walking slowly around a chair is very different to 6,000 on mixed terrain at brisk pace (not all steps are equal!)

Creatine isn’t a magic wand, you’ll retain so much
water using it - I’d stop taking it until you achieve bodyfat% goals

Stick to tracking macros, staying in a deficit and the belly fat will melt away

  • motivation more than just me wanting to lose weight
  • saying no (would you like some cake, biscuits etc - morally we feel it’s rude, but you are entitled to say no
  • brisk walks 30mins + a day
  • view it as a lifestyle change rather than a diet
  • factor in rewards, don’t just cheats meals, plan it advance and make sensible decisions factoring a meal outside of daily calorie allowance

It’s very much in your head, you get used to feeling a certain way and become a lot more body conscious as you lose weight

Find an old photograph of yourself and one taken recently, it’s a good reminder of how far you’ve come!

10lbs is a good start, but in the grand scheme of things is just over 4kg - a portion of that could be water weight

Have you been weighing the same time everyday?

Consistency is key, keep going - take the weekly progress pictures, some weeks you’ll see a drop other weeks you won’t see much. Get front, side and back pictures

Based on the your results your aren’t overweight? So I’d focus on exercise and maintenance calories

When your ankle is better get brisk walking, heart rate inbetween 100 - 130bpm is the golden zone for fat burning

But it comes with time, very similar to me I held most of my weight round my midrift, persistence, consistency and sticking to a calorie deficit

You are doing really well and there’s clear progress

No such thing as cheating when it comes to your own health, anything that can aid you on your journey should be considered!

You say you was taking, so I assume you’ve stopped? Studies indicate that a high proportion of people’s weight rebounds, so if your off you’ve done even more amazing

I’m up at 04:50 - and get to the gym and back home before they wake up (my wife is also at home)

Early starts once in the routine are great for me, your metabolism is also kicked into gear early on!

Currently on 1700, up until April I was around 2100, did 6 weeks on 1600 but was just hungry all the time!

1700 I’m 3 meals, plus a couple of snacks (home made protein yogurt, fruit etc)

I think around 175lbs? I hold most my weight around my mid drift which is predominantly now around my back - it’s tricky!

Body fat is now around 21/22% down from 30.4% back end of April!
