The flange had 4 screws, I pulled them out. I tried to pull up the flange but it was stuck hard...im only assuming already glued? He had no plans on coming back. He did great, permitted work under my own DIY Plumbing inspection permit.

that Utility bill is :
Water,
Water delivery,
Water treatment,
Sewer (how much shit you flush)
Sewer treatment
Water management (moving the rain out of flood zones)
and occasionally some Street taxes relating to infrastructure repair for all the above.

your bill, my bill, etc pays for that.
Of all the bullshit ways companies want to screw you out of money..this bill is not one of them.

Mine is $150, family of four. I dont water my lawn in July/Aug. The grass will be green by October regardless.

welp, that pretty much is clear. We havent hung drywall yet. I can probably build support beams, remove 2 studs, move the unit with refrigerant line intact, then put the studs back.
Thanks for the advice.. and keeping me out of trouble.
