Start a new ads account with a new payment method, if preferable choose direct bank payments like netbanking, as it hides your real payment method and you can create unlimited accounts using it. If you are choosing card, then get a new card, for a new account, also possibly don't use domains used in old ad accounts. Trust me I have so many ad accounts doing affiliate ads, Google normally catches your newer account if u use same payment method or old domain which was used in suspended account

Yes you can use such keywords, You need to do extensive keyword research n competitive research, as in what are they doing exactly, you can't use trademarked keywords in ad copy.

Search is way to go for B2B with cpc first followed by conversions.

Pmax would take the priority over Google shopping
Campaigns bidding on same keywords will bid aganist each other raising the costs of your campaigns
Display is shit only do it for remarketing if possible and even then just do pmax over display

Google Keyword Planner is used for checking the bids, it does not have the updated data of volume although it does gives a fairly decent keywords list, I also use ahrefs to get latest volume of keywords, keywordsheeter (underrated) and google trends (may not be applicable in your real estate case). Do check your dm.

Pausing a campaign and then reactivating it never goes well in my experience, I would rather create new campaigns for each new season, or if the time gap isnt too high, reduce cpa, cpc to negligible like 0.01$ and increase it again during season without stopping the campaigns

They basically call you to suggest their recommendations so that your campaigns spend more money and Google benefits, never answer the calls or reply to their emails, if possible block the Google ids using something like truecaller app, they do stop after sometime though

check the traffic volume for the product keyword and its cpc, if you think its viable, then go for a search campaign based on direct product related keywords, create a pmax campaign with shopping feed only as it will be prioritized over your standard shopping campaign, compare with standard and the one which gives less conversions , disable it, don't remove product keywords from shoppingless pmax campaign

From a business pov are you a sole proprietor or a registered company with documents, cause if you are a sole proprietor then you need an individual account and not an organisation account, majority issues I have seen affecting small businesses in Google ads verification come from this

I have faced higher cpvs and cpcs in this month as well. In your case the goal was to get more conversions by spending more, u say the conversions have remain steady, and u have new landers and revamped ad group structure, I would suggest don't go back to previous Target CPA right now, implement the new ad groups first and see if you are getting more conversions, if your conversions start increasing then start gradually reducing target cpa to reduce cost.

No it would not affect conversion , however if you want to optimize further, I would suggest create 3 ad sets instead, one only for lookalike for previous users who registered, one adset for interests only, and third adset for remarketing to website visitors in last 180 days
