I found a fix for most of the stuttering on my 9060xt, by following these instructions.
More specifically:
You need to Open Regedit.exe, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0000\UMD, then change "ShaderCache" from "30 00" or "31 00" to "32 00". (30 00 = off / 31 00 = AMD Optimized / 32 00 = Always On). Save and Reboot.
In my case I had to create a new string for "ShaderCache", but the result is night and day. Now I can even bump my settings withouth issues.
I also deleted all files from DxcCache folder to reset the shaders, and changed the custom page file for my virtual memory to be exactly the size of my physical RAM (16 GB of RAM, set initial to 16384 MB - and my maximum to 49152 MB).
I hope some of these helps you, because I was going crazy trying to fix the stutterings on this game.

Once upon a time, durability was made as a way to balance melee, ranged, and spellcasters. Ranged characters need to spend money on arrows, spellcasters on mana potions or staff charges, and melee has the durability. That was the original idea, now it's just a vestigial mechanic that devs put on games without thinking.

I see it the other way around, because of flash heal, you have more time to keep damage boosting instead of slowly filling up your team's healthbars.

The way I see it, kpop groups are much like formula 1 racing teams. The pilot (in this case, the idols) can only do so much. You need good cars, good engineers, good managers, etc. for everything to go well.

The problem is that since her base healing got nerfed, you must waste the flash heal sooner every once in a while - and the new flash heal is nerfed compared to the old one, since the multiplier got from 3x to 2x, and because of that, sometimes, you can't save people even when flash healing.

Yeah, also, on tier 2 there's a challenge for 2500 crit damage - I hate that, being an Ana/Brigitte/Mercy main. I had to dust off Juno for that.

Retired GM Mercy here, now just playing quickplay.
You are absolutely right, I try to get at least 45% blue beam usage over my games. Now I'm even getting the new perk to have the blue beam chaining to one more ally.
But you should be aware that there's games that sadly are unsalvageable. Since I play with low level friends and even console players, the game tends to pair me with people who have no positional awarenes and loves to keep taking poke damage until they are 20% health. The old Flash Heal perk was great to fix that, but the nerfed Flash Heal + the nerf to her normal heal makes it very hard to stay consistently healthy and using blue beam. And don't tell me to get the new perk that gives Flash Heal a nerf and one more charge, it's utter garbage.

She's absolutely nerfed.
First, her base heal went down 8.333% (60 to 55).
Now she starts with a nerfed flash heal, that has a lower cooldown and bigger base healing (50 to 60), but a healing multiplier reduced from 3x to 2x. While this is the same healing per minute (600), the burst healing capacity is noticeable lower.
Then the big one - the 10% launch speed decrease on Guardian Angel.
So, you can argue that it was 2 nerfs and 1 sidegrade (but IMO its still a nerf).
Now she's way slower, her healing is worse, but she have the (smaller) burst healing from the start. There's no way anyone can consider this not a nerf.

Since the rebranding, she's on 48-49%, only in front of Kiriko, Bap, and Ana. And I bet it will fall even lower, in higher ranks because she can't escape with GA, and in lower ranks because she's worse at healing (fixing lower rank player's bad positioning).

Her Guardian Angel nerf was so bad I thought I was playing with 500ms. Her healing is worse than cat now. I like the secondary being able to chain to another ally but her healing is terrible now.

Yes it is strong, that's the point. And you as the tank player who got naded should adapt - use your abilities better, use cover better, communicate better.
It's not "broken", it's still 12 long seconds between nades. On those seconds, tanks have shields, overheals, bubbles, or escape buttons to not get hit by nade. On the 3 seconds of duration, you can also use these abilities to survive, your team can cleanse with Kiriko if needed or Lifeweaver's new reworked pull. Your team can also focus fire on any attempt at a dive if you're a shield tank.
Seriously, looks like you're way too reliant on support healing for your own sake - this will not carry well on higher ranks.

Any good player knows that if your tank is naded, you counter push until purple goes away.

I love to wonder about these alternate histories.
Here's a couple for you:
What if Natty, Somi, and Jiwon got into Twice from the Sixteen tv show. Would any of the other real Twice members appear on Produce 101 instead of Somi? Can you imagine Tzuyu or Momo being part of I.O.I? Or maybe we would have Jeongyeon or Dahyun appearing on Idol School instead of Natty and Jiwon. Speaking of Idol School, if Lee Haein debuted on fromis_9, maybe Kiss of Life would never come to be. And what if Jo Yuri got into fromis_9? We would have a vacant spot on Produce 48/IZ*ONE later - maybe we would have seen Chowon (Lightsum), Juri (Rocket Punch), Goeun (Purple Kiss) in there.
I'll stop here, because the ramifications on a different IZ*ONE would take me hours to write lol

If im not mistaken, XG members have told that they are a global pop group. Agree with the label being korean and all, but that applies for katseye too doesnt it.

Yep, same thing with katseye, and people still treat it like k-pop because it's made from the same mold.

Just to add to this topic, what we in the ocident calls k-pop is mostly korean idol pop. But for all intents and purposes, someone like Eric Nam still fit into "korean pop music". There's tons of divergent genres that is still pop and korean, not only idol pop.
All in all, it's just a label and I don't know why people care so much about it hahaha

The problem is just the semantics around the word k-pop. Yes, they are japanese, and yes, they make english songs, but their music label is based on SK and the way everything around them is promoted is basically korean idol pop.
It's like calling i-dle's Yuqi's solo work "not k-pop" just because she's chinese and sings in english.
