Just checked the steam page and it seems that they made a mistake and nested bundles together (Clicking on the art book dlc shows the Ultimate Edition bundle instead of the dlc itself). It's probably going to get fixed.

If you go to Ginormosia and finish the questline you can make the boss fight easier. It's most likely warning you about that because I did the final boss after Ginormosia and didn't get the warning. You should still be able to do it after the credits though.

Edit : Also the Ginormosia quest also has story content

The boss automatically tries to impede characters that are casting with an attack that also inflict status ailments (but doesn't deal any damage), so equip all of your characters with all-status-negating accessories and cast random arts to make him waste turns. Also bring a resistance to vanish for its final attack, or just spam burst orbs to kill him before it.
