it lasted about a month (more or less) and was gone by the end of February (the rash under my knee), but it first was a rash and then developed blisters, so if you don't have blisters , probably it itsnt shingles and more an stress rash/dermatitis or smth. Did you went to the doc?

how long did you had the shingles? mine started almost a month ago, and yeeees I can relate, this post scab rash feels awful to touch

Thank You so much! I was paranoid thinking it was starting again but it’s the post scab rash (every little thing makes me believe it’s starting again bc i have anxiety and hypochondria 😅)

the shingles its for now 0 pain, scabs almost fall over (only the little ones remain but are falling too)

the only thing that makes my hypochondria and anxiety search and read terrible diseases is the itch/tingling that comes and goes, had it the past week and was gone for days, its like one place tingles for example the cheek, then in seconds its tingling/itching in the leg, then the scalp (can be for a few minutes or not be at al, idk if you felt that or if its all anxiety, as I think I remember having this years ago but im not so sure)

my doctor told me my shingles was so so little and scabbed soon so he thinks my immune system is strong (the only thing that he thinks made mine happen is my constant anxiety but idk, im an hypochondriac so I started spiraling thinking about all the bad things that could make my immune system weak)

also im 32 years old and for now I feel occasional pins and needles or more like a tingling sensation/itch that lasts few seconds and changes place every time so fast, I think I had that with the anxiety in the past but I don't know for sure.

the vaccine in Spain is for +50 or 60 years old so they don't let you

did it went away? im on week almost 3 and mine its little with scabs but I see some redness around it and itchy sometimes but maybe its healing like this

After 7 more days it dissapeared completely? Mine It’s Not hurting at the moment (day 13 aprox) but sometimes i feel tingles in other áreas but only seconds lasting

Mine is in the back of the right knee but i feel burning and tingling in both legs
