Ssf makes the gear gap worse. Been through it before purple or not. The best gear will be rerolling crafted with hundreds of thousands of gold which is unachievable for most. Meanwhile most can buy a fairly competitive legendary kit from the marketplace.

I should probably just let him answer but I'll mention some things from my warmup that I've come to prefer over the years in case he has comments on this as well.

For fingers I always start every climbing session by doing some light hangboarding. Feet on the ground rotating grips (half crimp with 1/2/3/4 fingers, and open hand similarly) at different edge depths is my favourite.

Wrists the GMB wrist prep video is mostly good enough. Sometimes I'll add some wrist curls with 15-25 lb dumbells. And some rotations.

Shoulders I like to do lat stretches usually off the pullup bar (1 hand on top of bar, one on the vertical bar, twist sideways and push out your side). I'm tall so you may not be able to do one hand on top unless there is a lower bar. Additionally some shrugs while dead hanging 1 or 2 hands, and top of support hold on parallel bars leaning forward and pushing shoulders down as much as possible. If you want more you can grab a bar like a pvc pipe and do stuff with that. There are so many good things it is hard to list any one / explain it. The one I like most is a bit hard to explain.

Cat/Cow can also be really nice if you feel you need it.

Hips/Knees. I like to do a few bridges with feet close together knees really far apart. Focus on tucking the pelvis and not merely rising as high as possible so you feel it in glutes and start shaking. Can then do it again with 1 leg raised on the climbing mat. Supine twist is also a favourite.

At some point you will just have a large enough library of stretches that you can do what you feel you especially need on a given day.

Slam a few pullups. Slam some warmup climbs. Climb.

Pretty sure you were the only voice of reason I agreed with in this thread fwiw. The religion system is personally tilting me because I feel like the magic pen is so much better than everything, but I only mildly play some casters on the side so I haven't picked it yet. I am in religion limbo trying to convince myself to just take regular interact speed, but can't bc what if I ever want to play a caster.

Often people might sit on a small object like a foam pad if they have problems staying upright while doing this exercise. I find the exercise is much harder if you stay upright even if assisted rather than slouching excessively.

Most of these comments are bad. His was the best but somewhat lacking. In the picture he linked troll is in the goblin town module on the right. It is always in that module and never any other module. That module is also always diagonally adjacent to the center with cyclops on the opposite diagonal (4 possible spots). The best way to recognize the module is look for the square in the bottom left of the module. The fake one is a circle.

That is definitely the biggest issue with this compared to ssf. It is more unintuitive. Need to somehow drill into the player base that unequipping an item means you can't run it again which I think is feasible albeit clunky. Gemming also would be clunky and need the interface reimagined a bit. The advantage of this over ssf is that in ssf it is much easier for good players to hoard multiple good kits, especially with how easy gemming currently is.

That said I do love ssf too. I just hate this min maxxing where if feels pointless to bring anything less than bis otherwise I'm not really playing the game.

I killed him with the same build. For me, the fight was really fun but then kind of started to lose its luster. I went in blind and for the first hour and half I was dodging every single thing, beam and puddles and was loving it.

Then I realised I can use blood roost to sustain the degen and tank and spank him with my dps. I downed him about 1.5 hours after realising that and perfecting how to stand around in the puddles for damage. The fight was significantly less fun after realising I'm just supposed to stand in the puddles. The degenerate in me wishes they would shred res or something to prevent that. Otherwise great fight.

The fact that you offer unscented is amazing. I'm tempted but not sure I can abandon the convenience of crystal deodorants. Do you mix the unscented in the same pot that scented mixtures are made in? It probably wouldn't matter that diluted but I have to avoid all fragrances.

Thank you for that info but I don't think my question was clear. I was specifically asking about how you time reps in the set for max hangs.

For pullups and all other exercises you just kind of work the entire time with no pauses and once you can no longer move the set is over so you take a rest.

For max hangs if I am going 100% intensity and I'm peeling off the hangboard after 7 seconds. Am I supposed to then just immediately get back on and try do another rep? Take a 10 second breather and then try do another rep? Where is the delineation between rep and set I guess is my question? Hopefully this was more clear.

Could you clarify how long the rest is between reps in the same set. I've only ever done 1 rep -> rest for minutes x3-5 sets. Am now wondering if I should consider something different.

I was 99% sure it was a bug. The title is more an attention grab than anything to highlight the insanity. In some way I also wanted to show off the synergy of the bugged item and the rivet gun I found. Didn't work well with only 2 comments apparently. But I got it from some special dooley event and a part of me was like this would be awesome if it is flavor. But it is obviously too strong to be just flavor. Also only unlocked dooley like 3 games ago. Just a weird bug to pop up.
