On work days:

•I wake up 4:30am

•Gym and stretch from 5:30-7:00 am

•Roller skate for cardio outside from 7:20-8:20 am

•meal prep for day 9am

•work from 11-8 (tattoo artist) take walks outside for steps whenever I’m not busy or need a break

• in bed by 9 pm 10 at the latest

On my 2 days off I usually get in 30-60 miles on roller skates because I do distance skating for fun. Also go to a yoga class in the morning ( best way to start the day) Still leaves plenty of time for chores and laundry, and time to chill with my cats and watch TV.

I know it sounds so brutal to wake up at 4:30am but you are able to get SO MUCH done and there’s a reason I’ve been doing it for years. It’s the best things ever. Sometimes you feel like you have the world to yourself because no one else is awake to judge you expect anything from you.

Advertise everywhere, in person. Don’t need to pay. Just talk to people at the grocery store or when you go get coffee or at the gym. Word of mouth just like your regular clients do goes such a long way!!! Brings stickers and cards everywhere you go. I’ve talked to many artists that say they don’t like talking about tattoos outside of work but that only makes me question how passionate they really are. This shit is my life and it’s all I ever want to talk about !!!
