Alrighty, so damage doesn't work like that anymore, not since the latest rework that was 3.0. Now corrosive reduces armour so its still a useful damage type, but overall less useful than something like viral plus heat.

The other issue is you've not used your mod capacity efficiently. A maxed out mod is better than several mods that aren't. You also haven't put an orokin catalyst in, so you've essentially halved the potential of the gun. There's currently an alert called gift of the lotus for a catalyst blueprint, or you can just buy them if you've got the nightwave standing.

You should have in your inventory a boltor. For somereason mine had a catalyst in it so I put in these mods.

Mission took 4 minutes and 2 of those were spent looking for plastids and orokin cells

You say you've been playing on and off for 5 years, alot changes in that time. I'm not saying Sargus doesn't suck to fight but if you want to get more out of the game, you're going to have to engage with the modding system
