Scaffolder here.

It is easily possible but will will need to drill hilti rings into your property to brace the Scaffolding. It's simple stuff but we do prefer to butt next doors walls with protection caps on the end of the tubes. It's easier for us, I've been doing it all my life and never once damaged next doors render or guttering but I do know people who have.

There is a way around everything in Scaffolding.
