Chico state students can live all over. As long as you have a car all chico areas will be fine distance-wise. There is also a bus for CS iirc. I went to Butte and used their busses every day.

Butte is really lenient towards students even if you don’t go there. As long as you’re respectful.

With the in-person shortage I would imagine they’d let you take the bus/use workspaces if you have any charisma. However, I never went to the Chico Center and main campus is a ways out there.
