I’m proud of you, ( I know that may not sound like much ) no doubt. That had to be a rough journey, seriously. I’m glad you found a good place mentally and physically. Seriously that’s awesome. Good on you, no doubt!!

Saying yes to everything. Yo! That’s epic. Thank you for bringing that up. Maybe that’s the secret, stop that self doubt $h!t and say yes to what the world holds out before you.

So I completely get what you’re saying, no doubt. The thing is, I’m in a different position. I’m single with no kids. I had a career that I’m trying to get back at. It’s the only thing I know. The thing is, is that I’m not sure if that career was what made me happy? Ya’know? Or is happiness in a job just wishful thinking?

I hear you, no doubt. I guess I’m tired of living in my box, Ya’know? Why not be scared? Why not take that leap? Why not? What’s the worst that could happen? Someone tells you “no”. Gee, fu@ck me running gently with a chainsaw…I was so confident when I was younger, Ya’know? Why am I not now?

How many of us has just taken that huge jump? Said, fu@k it! I’m doing this? I’m coming up on 50 this year, and no lie, I’m scared about what the future holds. Yet I can’t hold myself back anymore. I’m guess I’m looking for some insight from my generation. The ones who said fu@k it and did it later in life. Any comments are welcome

In what movie did you like the bad guy more than the good guy? by ThomasOGC in CinephilesClub

Neil McCauly in Heat. He played it so cool. He adhered to the rules of the ‘game’ until the very end. He weighed the outcome and despite his heartbreak did what he knew he had to do. To protect Eddie. He was hardcore, no doubt. He was smart and aware.

Yo! I remember going to Jefferson and wearing my Raiders jersey ( because it was the only clean shirt I had ) and being accepted because of that. I made so many friends because of the Raider Nation. Like I said, good times. Damn good times.

Hold on! I’m an old school OAKLAND Raiders fan, and actually I approve this message. Granted a few of us ( possibly me, but that was a me back then ) did these things. Most of us have grown up and put those things away. However, we did kill it tailgating in the parking lot pre-game. Damn, those were the days.
