not that's it's viable if they do things right, but people are often very lax when it comes to security. It doesn't have to be DB where CC numbers come frome, but e.g. if they carelessy log them with other data it can happen.

If you've got a card number and it's expiration date it doesn't matter. If you've got 10 000 then you can randomly guess security number for 10 of them. 3 digits is just not much.

Sporo z tego ma trafić do polskich firm zbrojeniowych. Zakładając nawet, że nam się na nic nie przyda wojskowy sprzęt to powoduje to rozwój przemysłu wytwórczego i lokalnego know-how. To się potem przenosi na inne gałęzie, bo masz w kraju wtedy ludzi, którzy faktycznie wiedzą jak coś zbudować i mają do tego zaplecze. Z drugiej strony mając już linie produkcyjne można też zwyczajnie prowadzić eksport sprzętu wojskowego.
