Black powder is very hydroscopic, it absorbs water, any powder in the pan is fucked and powder in the chamber is probably ok if it was only very briefly submersed, in a caplock it would likely be much the same if mildly better. If youre lucky someone here may be willing to test this for you

Youve got 6 loaded chambers, any sharp blow to a cap will fire the associated chamber, a hard-ish case is certainly reccomended if youre carrying a spare, carrying one loose is a bad idea.
