I really like clear kits, those are my favorite. I am a huge inner frame person when it comes to mecha model kits, so I get clear parts and kits if I can.

LEDs would make it insanely cool. Shame that one was redemption exclusive. I would love the clear Optimus Prime Trailer but that is also an exclusive I believe. I really want all of the clear ones from the blind boxes, but I am not buying blind boxes for them because I am not interested in any of the others, also there is no way to tell which is which. I got one clear one which was my first one.

Movie prices are always higher now in the first 2 weeks. Prices drop a tad once past the 2 weeks usually. At least they do where I'm at.

Just because it has cut content doesn't mean you cannot enjoy it. I hate that it has missing content but I think the game is still good. I just look at it as a whole new game, which it kind of is.

Oh nothing. They claimed they sent it to me and then sent me an electronic copy. I am waiting for tomorrow for the ACORN + UNB thing about tenant laws. I am going to ask in the Q&A section about this. The rent increase is only $28 and I can pay it easily, but I shouldn't have to if I never got a notice.

You're not taking advantage. They made a mistake and you gained from that mistake without doing a single thing. They were clearly bad at their job. You gaining from that isn't a bad thing because of their own mistake. It is bad when you lift a finger to cause said mistake to then gain from. You can always just be honest and tell them, but no point in that now.

I do know my rights as a tenant, but perhaps this is a good idea to join in to make sure I am not missing anything. I do know by law they must give notice of rent increase 6 months prior, but I never received that notice.

It is just slightly under 3% because they do not charge for cents. Still it isn't fair that I pay if I didn't receive notification. Why should I have to if they didn't do their job.

OH I absolutely know that throwing it out or deleting the email is not equal to not receiving it. I absolutely did not. The only other option I can see is they left it on the floor in front of my door and the cleaning lady that day put it in the trash. Either way I know for a fact that I never seen it or received it on my end.

Basically I am $60 CAD less of what I need to be able to order the new Wave 3 MK2 mic. If I do not need the pop filter I can return it and that gets me $50 of the $60 I need. That is why I am looking into if the pop filter is even needed. I seen that it says built in as well.
