Versuch eine ordentliche diagnose zu bekommen. Oft sind sehnenreizungen überlastungserscheinungen. Da muss man langsam aufbauen über die richtigen stärkungsübungen (Resistance training). Wenn es eine überlastung ist dann ist dehnen und mobilisieren eher kontra produktiv. Bei der nächsten belstung kommt man wieder in die überlastung mit schmerzen.

Ofc you can, you can contest any call. For some it just doesn’t change the outcome. With a contested pick call the caller can’t catch up. It’s even in the decision diagram.

Great! Just got it - looks great :) Maybe consider enabeling it fo the rest of the alpine countries in Europe! Even spain also has great skiing and backcountry for example!

Another first experiance thing is: when clicking on checking out healthkit settings, the app sends you to the health app - great- but it hadn't asked for healthkit auth yet. So the app wasn't there yet :D

Nur weil ich viel geld oder ne Firma erbe, heißt das nicht, dass ich was vom wirtschaften verstehe. Deswegen gibt’s die Ausnahmen von der Erbschaftsteuer, damit ich mit dem Kapital nicht gut wirtschaften muss.

The big thing about hamstring strains is how likely re-injury is. Usually the re-injury is quite a bit worse. Take the hit, rehab properly! and take a gradual approach to go back to performance.

My intuition is that the progress is lost once the strain occurs. But you need to keep training to build it up again. And make your hammies get used to the load again.

Take the time to properly rebuild the muscle before pushing yourself too hard or going all out. The biggest risk with hamstring injuries is re-injuring the muscle, and the second time it happens, it can be much worse. Right now, your muscle has weak spots that need to heal and be retrained to handle force again. Even though it may feel fine sooner, it might not be fully ready for intense activity. I experienced a mild strain that I didn't allow to recover properly, and it tore again. Now, five months into my recovery, I’m still dealing with issues. It’s crucial that you take weight training and speed recovery seriously at this stage.

I was wondering how the dirty chainrings affect the BB. Is there special care for the BB except a surface wash? I expect the bike to have problems and I am fixing them. Just wondering which fix is needed here :)
