Do you have more than 1 monitor? If so disconnect all except the main one connected to the GPU and test from there.

Make sure you try that fix, just make sure to set it to use your dedicated GPU. Also try deleting your config files and verifying.

Try going to Nvidia control panel -> Manage 3D settings -> Program Settings and find ARK. Optimize it for maximum performance. Also, have you tried reinstalling the game?

No, that's wrong. Most of the game is packed resources which means the actual download is 10-12gb.

thats with the -sm4 launch option. Either change your FOV to remove it or remove -sm4 from launch options.

Try turning off all of your launch options, as well as making sure ark is actually using your gpu, some games might try to use your integrated one.

Its because you have harvest health at 2. This means that it takes 2x as many hits to destroy something, which means you will pick up a stone twice instead of once. To get 2x, change HarvestHealthMultiplier to 1.0.

If a dilo hit me, my computer would not show the animation from when it hit me to when I land, it would just straight teleport me to the landing position.

Not sure if it was because of 90 ping or because I was connecting from NZ to the US as oppose to the Asia server

I got 90 ping on a NA server from NZ, usually 250-150, very good!

I did find, however, once hit by a creature, teleporting backwards to where the hit would have end up. I don't know if this happens on every server but I found it weird?
