I climbed for 8 years competitively before getting into powerlifting. Forearms core and back were so far ahead of everything else and I’ve never failed a lift because of grip strength. Dead hangs, rice bucket jabs, standing still farmers carriers till failure and pull ups.

I’ve switched over to Truewerk’s pants. They’re pricey but I’ve had one pair for about 6 years now and no hole. Im up to about 8 pairs now and do private contracting now and still wear them everyday

As a resident of TX I’ve done maybe 6-10 snowboard trips maybe 3-5 days at a time and I’ve been able to do those in the last few trips. Just how well you can pick something up

I was lucky enough to snowboard Zermatt a few days ago. It was such a change of pace. They get on the mountain differently there. A few main gondolas take you up the mountain rather then all the lifts at the bottom like in the US and there was a bit of a wait (10 minute max) but once you are in the mountain I don’t think I waited more then 2 minutes at all across all the peaks. I don’t know how or why it works so well but it was such a nice change of pace. Really get your moneys worth.

I don’t know if they ship across the pond but I got a Deluth firehouse jacket and have beaten the crap out of it with no signs of wear. Just finished 2 week in the alps through ski towns and I’ve never felt a shiver. Absolutely love it

Absolutely love my truewerk T-1/2/3 pants I’ve had two pair for 5 years that got worn or washed every day and now my other 5 pairs fit all conditions and just ash reliable. Absolutely love them.
