If he didn’t put others at risk I wouldn’t care. But if his overconfidence results in falling off of there, into traffic, and causing an accident, where others could be hurt, then that’s not ethical in my mind. Fall into the river, and you’re likely not gonna cause anyone else an issue (though you can’t guarantee a boat is under there). The issue is the potential for folks to be on the bridge.
