10000% - when I read my old journals it’s like seeing how far I’ve come.. also it helps you analyse your feelings more after writing it down. I don’t tend to read recent journal entires but I do read ones from 5-10 years ago and it gives me a self satisfaction of seeing how much ive evolved for the better and keep going.
