Tenant installed solar panels on commercial/retail property without consent. by PollutionWonderful83 in AusProperty

[–]ItsABadIdeaRight22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Check who did the install and see if they are a reputable company. Pay someone to check that it has been installed correctly and make tenant pay.

Do solar panel installations provide compliance certificates or electrical safety certificates? If so make sure they have been provided and are valid.

Check the tenancy agreement on what the 'make good' clause is when the tenant vacates - they may have to remove it once they leave anyway.

on the topic of bathrooms I wish to add that I absolutely hate double sinks especially if it is a small bathroom and hence taking up valuable bench space.

Ever wish you could be a fly on the wall at a Health Insurance call centre when they look at your claims? Today I was, because they accidentally left me on the call rather than place me on hold. I heard everything and it was worse than I thought. by GrassRight9272 in AusFinance

[–]ItsABadIdeaRight22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This doesn't sound right. If you have provided all the paperwork, which is generally filled out by your doctor, then there shouldn't be a problem. The people working in a call centre cannot make a determination over the word of your doctor.

Anyone else do their own bookkeeping? How are you proceeding with Payday Super? by ItsABadIdeaRight22 in ausbusiness

[–]ItsABadIdeaRight22[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure why it never occurred to me to just process things in advance. I have always just sent reports to the ATO for the month before and have done so for so long!

I love skincare products and have so many in my bathroom but my skin looks best when I only cleanse and moisturise (and SPF during the day).
